All deliveries are made via Canada Post, including international orders.
For rush deliveries, an additional charge will be made according to weight
and size of parcel.
Deliveries outside of Canada may have customs or duty
fees applied which are payable by the client.

Exchange or Credit
Exchange or Credit will be given within 14 days of the date on your receipt.
Items must be returned with all it's original packaging
in unused, unwashed and in saleable condition.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend insuring
your parcel as we will not be responsible for items lost in the mail.
Manufacturer Defect
Manufacturers defects can be returned for exchange or credit within 30 days of the date purchased on your receipt.
Defective items will be replaced with the same item, size and colour (substitution may apply at our discretion).
Please contact someone before shipping a parcel back, if it does not meet the above criteria it will be returned to you at your expense.
At our discretion, a pre-arranged exchange or credit for defective items returned after the 30 day period up to 60 days will be credited for 50% of the original value.
You must provide a receipt. Absolutely no exchange or credit for items cleaned with chlorine bleach and other harsh cleaning agents,
these products destroy the elastics and fabrics.
